chatpad hack for PSP

i got a question i read the how to but i dont got a PIC programmer and i cant make one id it posible to flash this with a psp homebrew ore flash it rue usb ore anything else then the PIC programmer plz help!
I have a question. How do you flash the chatpad? I’m really having trouble with this. And can you use a USB to RS232 converter as a serial port for PIC programming to flash the chat pad??
I want the chatpad to work on PC. I bought one of these thinking it would, but it doesn’t.
Well, for a start, you no longer have to use the PSP’s shitty built in keyboard, and this guy got it working, so he’s a hero

I would love to get this working. I saw this on PS2Dev before I saw the video.
Will programmers like myself have to code in codes for this or does this use the same coding as Fanjita’s piKey?
It would be the first working QWERTY keypad for the PSP (very useful for homebrew OS emulation).
