To download updates for the psp first make sure the psp is fully charged and or connected to charger.
Then either connect to the internet using your usb cable directly to your pc and goto the sony website http://www.us.playstation.com
and then to psp. Follow on screen instructions.
Or find a wifi hotspot.
Do not leave update menu until you have activated updates you just downloaded.
To activate goto settings goto system settings enable wma playback and do the same for the flash update etc….
