In the root of your PSP folder (E:/ or F:/) make a folder called SEPLUGINS. Place your hacks in that folder. Then, restart your PSP while holding the R shoulder button. This should open up the Recovery Menu (unless you have not hacked your PSP). Go to the text that says Plugins and press X there. Click X on each of them to Enable them. Now, you may freely use the hacks you downloaded. Good luck!
