There are no cheats for NFSU Rivals, but there are ways to make the game a bit easier.
You must not buy a stock version of a boss car, otherwise you will not unlock that boss car. For example, if you want the Impreza boss car, you have to win it before you buy the stock version. This goes for the Corvette, Charger, and Skyline also.
In a nitrous run event, if the timer is about to run out, aim toward the gate and hit the nitrous. If the timer runs out, you will keep going without the gas, the nitrous will refill, and you can continue with the race.
An amazing setup for the RX-7 I found:
Spoiler: Aeromax
Hood: Beast carbon fiber
Roof scoop: Gills
Body kit: Max 1
Full performance upgrades
If your about to hit the wall, hit the e-brake and you can avoid losing control.
