Then run the update on your psp. To put games onto your memory stick, you will need to download an ISO or CSO file from a site like PSPISO.com. Make a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick. Place the ISO/CSO game into the ISO folder. Run the games through the XMB in the game folder.
