Sony’s little flop no one is going to buy this half baked handheld when they can get a PSP for less.
Nope… £250 RRP.. just did a price check and everywhere is saying £250 & $250 so we have to pay more in the uk for it.
Also did a shopping check and the pre order price is £229

Hmm, I don’t know what to say. I can’t find that record. Vgchartz and other sources contradict it too. (they say DS sold 2x as much or more than PSP this year) Are you sure you didn’t make a mistake? Is there any way I can access this record?
its £230
a pointless console aimed at people who have more money than sense. The ONLY people who will buy this is someone who gets confused at the store. The PSP 3000 is perfectly fine. Yes it’s big and the UMD drive is a bit iffy…. but its £130…… this thing….. £250!! almost double the price!!
This thing costs more than the basic PS3 package!…. more than a wii….an xbox…. and a DSi.
Sony are out to destroy themselves with this thing…

Mostly everyone is complaining about the size of it, but that’s just the point! its suposed to be smaller, its a portable gaming system! so, yea i’ll probably buy one
BTW, I said it was far from having that graphics power because it was implied that it would be attempted or that it seemed within the realm of possibility, and it honestly just doesn’t to me.
If the iPhone is considered an alternative as a gaming device, this reviewer does not really understand gaming, lol.
Not to mention that the DS outsells PSP by a ratio of 2.5:1. PSP is not the market leading handheld, unless you are talking about graphics technology. (which I feel you are not, since you are talking about iPhone. iPhone is also FAR from having the graphics power of a PSP)
The price is a turnoff
